Back to basics!
During our kickoff call Holly will prep you on exactly what you need to get ready for the four weeks ahead.
After this initial warmup, the real fun starts!
- Learn strength training exercises that will change your body.
- Create a nutritional plan that will help you feel your best.
- Meet a community that will have your back.
Each week you will complete three on-demand workouts after our Monday huddle where we will set and tackle goals, and get you started on a program that will become the cornerstone of your wellness.

During our first video call, Holly will get you ready for the next 3 weeks that will prepare you to enter LIFTED seamlessly
- What you will need at home to participate in the LIFTED program.
- Discover your goals through a goal-setting workshop.
- Understand what is expected of you and your teammates for the next 24 days.

1st COACHING SESSION
May 2nd, 6:30 pm EST
You'll need a yoga mat, 3 sets of dumbbells from light to heavy, an internet connection, and a device.
- Learn key strength training principles
- Master exercise form
- Participate in a workshop with Holly guiding you through your practice.
- Build confidence with weights
- Complete the first three on-demand workouts at your own pace.
2nd COACHING SESSION
May 9th, 6:30 pm EST
Developing a sustainable nutrition plan
- Acquire a knowledge of macronutrients and understand their role
- Track your nutrition for the week and discover patterns
- Complete next three workouts on-demand, so you can work at your own pace.
3rd COACHING SESSION
May 16th, 6:30 pm EST
Introduction to Recovery + Mindset
- Gain insight into why sleep is underrated
- Learn how breathing and meditation can alter your health and state of mind
- Become proficient in stress management through “chaos to calm”
- Complete your final three workouts on demand.
4th COACHING SESSION
May 23rd, 6:30 pm EST
